From retail to corporate, Liana’s sales career began on the floors of Olive & Bette’s and Sézane, boutiques in NYC, where she honed her customer service skills. Moving into a recruiting position at Russell Tobin introduced her to a full sales cycle and CRM platforms where she placed five candidates in two weeks.

Her positions at Artists & Fleas, JIGGY, and Mighty allowed Liana to work with small businesses to high-end clientele including Bloomgindales, Kacey Musgraves, Cravings by Chrissy Teigen, Loftie, and Queer Candle Co. At JIGGY, she oversaw 350+ custom and wholesale partnerships, generating $500K in new business in under a year.

In her recent role at Mighty, Liana spear-headed the company’s digital strategy for Instagram and TikTok. Her innovative ideas, creative content, and understanding of social analytics allowed her to grow both platforms by 35% and 1,500%, respectfully. In addition, she worked with micro-influencers to increase exposure.
