Develop a five-year financial plan with marketing initatives for Sandlands Winery.

This project’s objective was to analyze the ‘Sandlands case study’ and develop a 5-year financial plan that will allow the company to breakeven. In addition, outline marketing initiatives to support the business decisions.

In the case study, Sandlands Winery was questioning whether or not to purchase a building in order to expand the business. Our plan was to buy the building and pay it off in two years through wine tastings & tours, the development of a new wine, as well as delving into social media and PR from a marketing perspective.

I developed the wine tasting & tours plan by researching competitors. I built out our balance sheet complete with every expense the company would need to operate. I calculated operating expenses, income from operations, net income, and our gross profit margin. In addition, I designed the new logo for the wine bottles and developed our radio marketing plan.
